Reviewing Voicemail records: (Continued)

Press PHONE to exit message playback and call the phone number
from the message.
Press OPTIONS to access the Options menu. See “[Handset]
Managing Personal Voicemail” on page 163. If a message is playing,
message playback stops.
Press to return to Idle mode.
To do this with the Deskset, see “Personal Message Playback” on
page 144.

For outside phone numbers in Voicemail and CID lists, Synapse dials
a 9 and then dials the number in the display. Therefore, numbers that
need editing (adding a preceding 1 or a country code, or removing the
area code) cannot be dialed from Voicemail.
